I will be honest, it was challenging to encounter with still white/red non-alc wines that I like. Those "baked" flavor nuances coming from "dealcoholization process" really bothered me. On the other hand, I found it very surprising that some non-alc sparkling wines can taste very close to real ones, as the bubbles mask the unwanted flavor and balance the bright acidity, preserving the original wines' fruity characters.
